Attendance Policy
- Students must attend school each day unless they are absent due to sickness or family emergency.
- A doctors’ note or note from the parent must be submitted within three days in order for the absence to be excused.
- Students who miss three or more days unexcused during a four week period will not be eligible to go up for rank.
- The attendance secretary will make phone contact during first period each day to parents of absent students.
- Students will earn a total of 1 point in each category on point cards for an excused absence and 0 points for unexcused absences.
